We left West Yellowstone around 7:45 am and traveled South...all day! We have two days of driving ahead of us to get to Buellton, California. The wind was brutally strong and Jason drove the whole time. It was about 11 hours total, stopping for gas & potty just twice. Thank goodness I can get up & walk to the bathroom when I need to, bladder couldn't handle it, But Jason's can. Kids were so quiet yesterday, probobably tired, but between a movie, playing together, reading, playing a game of uno, they did great.
Thought you'd like to see their sleeping arrangements. They trade every night who sleeps on th couch which unfolds with an air mattress and the booth which unfolds into a twin bed.
We arrived at a KOA in Cedar City, Utah for the night. Once we were hooked up and slides out, I made Jason and I a Wahlgrita (if we haven't made you one, ask next time), ordered a local pizza, and took the kids to the pool.
Saylor didn't really move much yesterday while driving. When we got her out, she had the worst trouble walking. I have not seen her like this, she would just fall over like a leaning tower, like she had no feeling in her legs, her balance was off too. But she stood up on her own through the night without a problem.
Showers and early to bed to hit the highway for about the same time tomorrow.
