Columbus Day weekend the kids had a four day weekend off school so we took advantage. The Leach family joined us for a camping weekend. We stayed on the US side of Niagara Falls in New York at the Branches of Niagara Campground on Grand Island. It was a beautiful fall weekend when we arrived. We enjoyed exploring the campground, kids played games, and we grilled out.

Saturday morning we headed to the Canadian side to explore Niagara Falls. We started with an IMAX movie about the history of the falls. Then we headed down to River Road to see the sights.

We had a nice lunch over looking the falls. Then took the Journey Behind the Falls to get wet!

That afternoon our campground had a Trick-or-Treat for the kids. It was such a "treat" to get all dressed up a couple weeks before Halloween.
Sunday, we explored the American side of the falls. First stop was going up the Observation Tower. 
Maid of the Mist took us right under the falls. We didn't get too wet, but it was still lots of fun.
Another great weekend in the books of camping, sight seeing, and fellowship!
