2017: Labor Day-Petoskey, MI

Labor Day weekend 2017: We explored yet another area of Michigan.  Of course the Taylors were along for the adventure. We stayed at Hearthside Grove, the most amazing Motorcoach resort we have stayed at to date.   Each lot is individually owned.  Our site faced the pond.  It had a water feature that ran through it, beautiful patio as well as a beach spot by the pond with a gas fire.

Nicole and I really enjoyed traveling together all summer.

It wasn't hot over the holiday weekend, but jeans and tshirts/sweatshirts was fine by us.  The kids road their bikes all over the resort. 

One of the best things about this area was the bike paths.  There is a path that runs from Mackinaw all the way to Charlevoix.  It was windy on this day, but check out the water.  Just so beautiful.  Doesn't it look like the ocean?  We will definitely be visiting again.
